The Valve Division of Emerson Process Management, Fisher, has developed a superior method of quality control – profound dynamic testing. Till this day, Fisher is still the only valve brand in the industry that subjects its products to dynamic testing in a simulated plant environment.
“The PlantWeb® Dynamic Performance Loop is a compilation of breakthrough technologies packaged together in a closed loop, ‘real plant’ environment. Essentially a scale-model of a plant, the PlantWeb® Dynamic Performance Loop is a research and test facility for control valves and instrumentation. There are five such facilities in the world, all owned and operated by Emerson Process Management.
With over US$1 million invested in equipment and software, the PlantWeb® Dynamic Performance Loop in Singapore contains some of the newest and most technologically advanced plant equipment today.
