Customer Training Program - Custom

 1.       Training equipment, materials and manuals supplied by Daniel Measurement and Control (DMC).

›     Course fee per student: US$1,200 per day

›     Dependant on the type of equipment required, a charge will be made for shipping and loan of the equipment to customer’s training location.

2.       Training equipment provided by customer

Manual provided by DMC.

Course fee per student: US$1,200 per day.

 Note:

1.       All lodging, meals, transportation, air tickets, freight and taxes will be charged at cost. Trainer’s traveling time at US$80 per hour.

2.       If customers purchase combined products course then a discount for subsequent days will apply. Please check with DMC Training & Service Manager for details by email to Steve.Fielding@AP.EmersonProcess.com

3.       For trainer to conduct site training, class size must be min. 8 persons, max 10 persons.

4.       Minimum of 4 weeks is required from receipt of PO for arrangement of site courses.

Cancellation policy:

1.       If written notice is received 14 days or more before date of commencement, 100% of the paid fees will be refunded.

2.       If written notice is received less than 14 days before commencement, 70% of the paid fees will be refunded.

3.       No fees will be refunded if written cancellation notice is received less than 7 days before commencement.

4.       Equipment’s freight and duties charges will be invoiced at cost if these have already been shipped.
