We have a qualified and experienced team who are able to provide you with a complete range of instrument and valve maintenance services
during your plant shutdown maintenance. We provide both workshop repair and on-site services.

Prior to the shutdown, a team leader will be assigned to assist you in planning the shutdown, identifying and purchasing all required parts ahead
of time, and ensuring on-time delivery of these parts. We also help you put in place work processes that will ensure an efficient and smooth workflow during this critical period.

During the shutdown, our service team  will be on-site, taking care of all shutdown maintenance activities, including repair, troubleshooting, configuration, calibration, start-up assistance and documentation.

In addition, the Singapore Service Center’s workshop is equipped to service a wide range of instruments and valves of various sizes and
pressure ratings, providing a one-stop center for all your instrument and valve repair requirements.

Maintenance Contract
Apart from ad-hoc on-call services, Asset Optimization also offers long term contracts for regular on-site scheduled maintenance for field instruments to ensure that they are kept in peak working condition. These maintenance contracts are customized to meet your requirements,
and are available from one-year to multi-year basis for a single instrument or multiple instruments.

Depending on the maintenance philosophy, budget and requirements of your plant, services that can be included as part of the maintenance program include spares parts management, emergency call-out services, 24/7 standby services, preventive maintenance services like inspection, disassembly, lubrication, adjustment, calibration and replacement of consumable parts, and other customized services.

Resident Maintenance Term Contract
If you are experiencing manpower shortage, you can now turn to Asset Optimization for assistance. Whether it is for short-term work load
increase due to events like plant shutdown maintenance, or to supplement permanent reduction in maintenance resources, you can engage
Asset Optimization's experienced  technicians and engineers to be part of your maintenance crew. These personnel work in your plant and integrate as part of your in-house maintenance crew.

This maintenance contract is usually offered on a multi-year basis, as more benefits can be realized as the resident crew becomes more familiar with the plant, working with your personnel over a longer period of time. However, short-terms requirements are welcomed, as an appropriate
team can be assembled to assist you to achieve your objectives within the timeframe given.

Based on your requirements and job scope, a Resident Maintenance Team consisting of an appropriate number of  technicians and engineers
of relevant skill set and experience will be assembled. An Asset Manager will be assigned to lead the team. The Asset Manager will liaise with your Plant Maintenance Manager to understand your maintenance practices and philosophies, assist in planning and executing the
calibration program, compiling calibration reports, assist in scheduling maintenance work and troubleshooting faulty equipment, and e
nsuring all aspects of instrument maintenance are performed accordingly.

Apart from routine maintenance work, the Asset Manager can assist you to conduct instrument performance studies, recommend appropriate predictive maintenance tools that can help minimize unscheduled shutdowns and improve plant availability, write new work procedures for adopting such tools and implement other improvement programs that the you do not have the time to work on, thus becoming an asset on your plant.

If you require assistance in planning for a shutdown, formulating a Maintenance Contract, or considering engaging a Resident Maintenance crew, please contact Ronald Kwek at (65) 6770-8713 or ronald.kwek@ap.emersonprocess.com
