Asset Optimization Asia Pacific expanded its capabilities beyond process instrumentation and control into rotating equipment, and physical equipment, such as boilers and heat exchangers through the consolidation of core technologies and diagnostic tools from MDC, CSI and its very own Asset Management Solutions (AMS Suite, Asset Portal, Machinery Health Manager).
Apart from traditional after-sales services, which include instrument calibration, repair, troubleshooting and warranty support, we offers comprehensive asset enhancement/optimization programs that increases plant availability, attain peak equipment performance, maximizes equipment reliability, minimizes lifecycle costs and improve overall operating results. The entire program begins with consultative services, and follows through to plant studies, recommendations, project management and implementation, start-up and commissioning, to ongoing plant maintenance services. |
