Employee development and growth are key elements of Emerson Process Management's annual Human Resources Plan. The Learning and Development Plan is linked with key business strategies so that the organization is constantly focused on meeting the challenges and opportunities resulting from rapid growth in Asia. Continuous Learning
Whatever your level or position in our team, learning and development is largely supported from the day you begin with us and continues throughout your career. Our Induction Program helps new team members understand our corporate culture and strategies, the kind of business we are in and what is expected of them. A range of learning options is offered to all employees, which includes internal and external programs.

e-learning initiatives
We constantly look for innovative ways to deliver learning. Our Emerson Learning Connection, PlantWeb University and Xtreme Learning systems feature advanced learning technology that provides online modules in all areas of general business management, product and software programs. This enables a process of self-owned learning where you can set your own pace. In addition, employees do their e-learning at the E-Lab, a specially constructed area which houses workstations dedicated to supporting employees continually develop knowledge and skills.

MBA Development Program
Emerson is committed to identifying and recruiting the highest calibre of people, particularly those with both engineering and MBA qualifications, to support the company's continuing profitability and expansion in the region. This program helps to prepare MBA graduates for positions of leadership, initially within their native regions, and great attention is paid to their career development
